Organization and Management Structure
There are altogether three divisions
1. Program Division
2. Finance Division
3. Medical and QOC Division
1. Program Division
The Program Division headed by the Program Director plans, implements,
and monitors and supervises FPAN programs with the co-ordination
of four sections under the direct supervision of Director General.
The Division also prepares long term and short terms plans in
consultation with other Division/Section/Projects. In co-ordination
with different Divisions/Sections of the Association, program
division consolidates all programs of branches/projects and prepares
reports for submission to the Donors. Moreover, program division
co-ordinates with different Sections working under the program
division in all matters relating to development, implementation
and ensures logistic and contraceptive supplies required for the
implementation of programs. Program division assists in developing
plans of different projects implemented by FPAN for future sustainability.
There are all together four sections under the Program Division:
• Adolescent and Youth Section
• HIV/AIDS Section
• Advocacy and Gender section
• Access/PSS/IEC section
2. Finance Division
The Finance Division, headed by the Director maintains complete
accounts of different programs/projects, inventory and stock control
and management of finance for resource allocation and effective
utilization of allocated resources. The Division also prepares
financial statement and periodic reports as required by different
Donors and co-ordinate with external audit of different projects.
3. Medical and QOC Division
The Medical and QOC Division headed by Director plans, implements
and monitor and supervises all FPAN services and maintains the
quality in the clinics. This division is also responsible for
coordination with GO, NGO and other agencies for the implementation
of services and getting & providing technical support.
Evaluation and MIS Section
The section plans designs and conducts all research, monitoring
and evaluation study of the Association. It provides feed back
and recommendations for program improvement and policy decision-making
based on the findings. The section also carries out needs assessment
and baseline surveys for new projects and recommends appropriate
strategies for program implementation. Moreover, the section operates
FPAN/MIS, which includes collection/compilation of all data, processing
and use of information of all FPAN activities implemented at various
levels. In addition, the section designs forms and formats for
data collection and maintains a national database of the Association
at the Central level. This section is under the direct supervision
of Director General.
Administration Section
The Administration Section carries out general and personnel administrative
function. The Section manages procurement and supply of contraceptives
and commodities as well as maintenance of minimum supply stock
in collaboration with other Division/Section concerned. The Section
also suggests administrative, personnel, procurement and transport
management policies and programs for innovative and efficient
administration within FPAN. This section is under direct supervision
of Deputy Director General.
Internal Audit
The main responsibility of Internal Audit is to conduct periodic
financial and management audit and prepare reports. The team also
continuously reviews existing financial and management systems
for sound control and adequate application and recommends corrective
measures that are in compliance with established policies, procedures
with due consideration of their suitability.
Human Resource Development (HRD) Section
The HRD Section, headed by Manager is responsible for overall
training management of the organization including training need
assessment, plan, implementation, technical support etc. Moreover,
this section is also responsible for the identifying qualification
and competency for the human resource of overall FPAN.
Store Section
The store section is under finance division and is headed by Sr.
Store in charge. Store section is responsible inventory and stock
control and management of finance division.
Resource Mobilization and International
Affairs (RMIA) Department
This department responsible for the resource mobilization and
internal affairs of the organization and is headed by the director.
It is under direct supervision of deputy director general.
